Ramer fire department is moving on. Sometimes progress is accomplished in silence. We are still offering free smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors. We are still here in the community. We have officially repaired and put back in service our Station 34 Engine 1. This truck was down for quite some time and after many attempts to get it fixed. Finally we fixed it in house at a cost of $20. We have been hosting regular training sessions on the 2nd Saturday of each month and over the last 2 months we have welcomed 4 new members. As this heat breaks we are looking forward to being more present in the community. Thank you for all of the support.
Currently we are seeking donations of bottled water to help keep us hydrated on our upcoming trainings and calls.

On Saturday despite the heat some of our members got together and hosted our monthly training meeting. As always we invited our good friends from Chewalla FD to join in the fun! Any other department that would like to join in our trainings.are the 2nd Saturday of each month at 8 AM, there is no charge for our trainings and we usually have refreshments and sometimes lunch is provided.
