The 2025 Annual Report survey for Nurse Aide II (NAII) courses was distributed to North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) approved Course Coordinators. Access to the survey was available from March 1, 2026, through March 31, 2026. Board staff collected data and performed an analysis of the information. The purpose of this report is to provide a narrative summary of the findings.

Starting July 7, 2026, Two Factor Authentication (2FA) will be required every time you sign in to the Nurse Portal.

This added step helps protect your personal information by sending a one-time verification code to your email or mobile phone after you enter your password.

✅ To avoid login issues, please ensure an active email address and mobile number are current in the Nurse Portal. 21 NCAC 36 .0201(b) requires nurses to keep their address, email, and telephone numbers updated with the Board.
