Our final Spirit Day for the 2024-25 school year is today!

Go celebrate a great school year with your LEA Cub(s) anytime at Goodberry’s Frozen Custard today, Wednesday, June 11th!

Goodberry’s will donate a portion of sales to LES. Please remember to mention Leesville Elementary when ordering!

Spirit Day at Goodberry’s will take place all day (operating hours are 11 am - 11 pm) and is located at 13260 Strickland Rd., Raleigh 27613.

LES PTA is looking for volunteers to be new board members as well as committee members and to assist with events for the 2025-2026 school year - specifically for Fundraising and Corporate Sponsorship.

We’ve got today’s dinner plans set for you… Spirit Night at Chipotle TONIGHT, Wednesday, May 21st!

We are so excited for our LES Spring Fling that’s coming up this Friday, May 16, 5:30-7:30pm! Year after year, it’s been a wonderful event, but you know what has made it such a success?… YOU!

While our LES PTA has organized the event, we cannot successfully pull it off without volunteers. We have many opportunities throughout the ways that one could help, so if you are able to offer a small amount of time to this evening, we would truly appreciate it.

We’ve got a full and fun week planned at LES and could use your support.

First, we’ve got our monthly PTA meeting on Monday, May 3, at 5:30pm in the LES Library and all are welcome to join! If you can’t make it in person, please check your inbox for the virtual link emailed in our Sunday newsletter.

Next, don’t forget about our Read Across America Spirit Week! There are some fun themes planned each day, so remind your Cub(s) to join in on the themed fun.

And lastly, if you are able to help us provide our staff with “The Gift of Time” this Friday, March 7, we would greatly appreciate your support! You can signup for available slots by the link in our profile or through the link in the Sunday message.

The Collaboratory Room is located off the Library and is dedicated specifically to the staff for the purpose of training, planning, and shared projects.

It’s also a space where ideas can be brainstormed into solid solutions to achieve their goals dedicated to supporting their students.

This space is separate from the teachers lounge/breakroom space which is supported by our wonderful PTA.
