This week, in recognition of , our final employee spotlight features Paul Tsasa. 🌟

From performing on international stages to inspecting job sites across , Paul’s journey is anything but ordinary. Originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, he built a career in music before discovering a new passion in the electrical trade.

After running his own electrical business for 25 years, he joined Wake County in 2023 as a multi-trade inspector, helping ensure electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems meet safety standards across the community.
