**Calling ALL High School Graduates**

TeenWorks 2019 is looking to hire Team Leader supervisors. We are looking for leaders who are at least one year removed from high school who could be a mentor to their group of approximately six teens, and to the program as a whole of about twenty teens.

TeenWorks is a six-week youth summer employment program designed to promote community awareness and increase personal growth for youth in Rahway. Participants will work on various public works tasks and projects to help beautify the City of Rahway. Participants will also have the opportunity to focus on their personal development, interact with guest speakers and community stakeholders, and collaborate on a group project.

TeenWorks is a six-week youth summer employment program designed to promote community awareness and increase personal growth for youth in Rahway. Participants will work on various public works tasks and projects to help beautify the City of Rahway. Participants will also have the opportunity to focus on their personal development, interact with guest speakers and community stakeholders, and collaborate on a group project.

The TeenWorks program will run from July 8, 2019 through August 16, 2019. Team members will be compensated at the rate of $10.00 per hour for a 25 hour work week. Regular work hours will be 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, including a one-hour unpaid lunch period each day. Team members will be expected to work the entire length of the program. Reasonable exceptions can be discussed and potentially agreed upon.

Applications for the program will be accepted through Friday, June 14, 2019. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older by July 8, 2019. The program is open only to residents of Rahway, NJ.

Interviews for selected applicants will be conducted during the week of June 24, 2019. Applicants who are accepted into the TeenWorks program will be notified by July 1, 2019.

If you are offered a position and are under 18 as of July 8, 2019, you will also be required to provide working papers, which may be obtained from the Rahway High School office.

Applications are available at the following link, at the Rahway Recreational Center, and at the Attendance Office at Rahway High School.
