Established in 1978, the Hoke Reading/Literacy Council serves the citizens of Hoke County with Reading, Writing, Introduction to Technology, and ESL classes. We operate a public access computer lab and offer tutoring services to Hoke County students in grades K-8 in the areas of Reading and Math.
