Allie stands out because she stepped back into lifeguarding with full commitment, veteran-level reliability, and the kind of leadership younger swimmers look up to. Even though Allie returned to lifeguarding later in the season after working a different job, she didn’t miss a beat. She picked up right where she left off—vigilant on stand, confident in her skills, and consistently following protocol with professionalism. Her reliability is unmatched; she has never called out and can always be counted on, no matter how busy or unpredictable the day becomes. This month, Allie has stepped up in a major way. With senior guards away, she’s taken on the responsibility of opening and closing the pool, often as the only guard on duty. She handles those moments with calm focus and maturity, proving exactly why she’s a veteran guard the team can trust.Beyond her work on deck, Allie is a role model for many of our younger Pine Valley swimmers—especially those on the swim team who see her balancing being both a dedicated athlete and a committed lifeguard. Her example shows them what responsibility, teamwork, and pride in the community look like. Allie’s dedication, consistency, and leadership make her an outstanding choice for Lifeguard of the Month. We’re grateful for everything she brings to Pine Valley.
