The New River Valley Emergency Food & Shelter Program (ESFP) Local Board is charged with the appropriate distribution of funds to help expand the capacity to provide food, shelter, and emergency assistance programs within the New River Valley.

James Hardie is partnering with the New River Community Action (NRCA) again to raise awareness of the homeless crisis in our surrounding counties. The James Hardie team will raise funds, collect personal hygiene items, meal cards, and create blessing bags to distribute to the 6 counties: Pulaski, Giles, Montgomery, Floyd, Radford city, and Wythe County. Please consider donating to one of the three options and help us support our neighbors in need.
