Today's flight highlights the current progress on the Lincoln-King townhomes and community center. Wilson Street has been realigned at its intersection with West Street and ReStore: Habitat for Humanity of Racine is making great progress on two dwellings on the east side of the project.

The excitement is building around the Lincoln-King Townhome development and progress towards final completion is occurring. At this time, the CDA is determining a sales price and marketing plan.

Today for it's an update on the Community Center and housing development in the Lincoln-King neighborhood. Since the last flyover about a month ago, much has changed and the crews doing this work have been busy.

All townhome units, and two stand-alone dwellings are above ground and are really becoming recognizable! The community center's exterior is coming into final form rapidly as well. Stay safe and have a great week everyone!
