Racine Diaper Ministry Racine Diaper Ministry is bridging the gap in diaper need because many families can't afford diapers. Giving diapers to families in Racine County.

Children in low-income families are at greatest risk of suffering the effects of diaper need because many families can't afford diapers. Racine Diaper Ministry is here to bring diapers to the children who need them the most. You can pick up diapers at North Pointe United Methodist Church on Monday's from 11:00am to 1:00pm. The diapers are in limited quantities. On your first pickup of diapers, please bring the birth certificate of the child that needs diapers. Donations of diapers are always welcome. Checks can be made payable to North Pointe UMC with Diaper Ministry in the memo. We are a not for profit organization. All cash donations go directly to purchasing diapers to give to our clients.

🚨Action needed: Speak up to ensure diapers and formula remain in Head Start.

A proposed federal rule would remove the requirement that Head Start programs provide diapers and formula to enrolled children during the program day. Diapers are a basic need — and removing this support would place added strain on families, Head Start programs, and community basic needs banks.

We need advocates, partners, families, and supporters to speak up and urge the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) to keep the current requirement that Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide diapers and formula to enrolled children during the program day.

Diaper need is more than not having enough diapers. It can affect a baby's health, increase parent stress, strain household finances, and impact overall family well-being.

This week, during National Diaper Need Awareness Week, we're raising awareness to help ensure more families have the diapers they need to thrive. ❤️

Nearly 1 in 2 U.S. families struggles to afford diapers, according to The NDBN Diaper Check 2026. This is diaper need — and it creates holes in the social fabric of our communities.

This National Diaper Need Awareness Week, you can help repair those holes by ensuring families have the diapers and other basic necessities they need to thrive.
