We are excited to once again offer Parkinson's Exercise Classes at the library on Wednesday mornings. This class is supported through the Parkinson's Families organization of Northwest Kansas. While these classes are geared towards those individuals with Parkinson's and Essential Tremors, they are open to anyone needing to improve mobility, flexibility and coordination. Every class has an exercise time, a social time and then each Wednesday of the month is tailored towards a specific aspect, including physical therapy, art, music and various educational presentations. Come join us as we kick this year's classes off on Wednesday, September 2nd.
