💚 Thank You, Mihaela! 💚

After five years with the Wollaston PTO, including four years as PTO President, Mihaela Rusu is stepping down from her leadership role.

During her time with the PTO, Mihaela helped launch new traditions, create new volunteer and leadership opportunities, strengthen communication with families, and bring countless events, programs, and community initiatives to life.

From Trunk or Treat and Winter Wonderland to Paint Night, Family Fun Day, monthly newsletters, student recognition programs, and so much more, her creativity, energy, and dedication helped shape the PTO we know today.

But perhaps her greatest contribution was helping build a community where families felt welcomed, connected, included, and valued.

The traditions, relationships, and sense of belonging she helped create will continue to grow for years to come.

Thank you, Mihaela, for your leadership, friendship, vision, and heart. We are grateful for everything you have given to Wolly. 💚

🌞🍦💦 Family Fun Day 2026 💦🍦🌞

What a wonderful afternoon of fun, laughter, and community!

As our final PTO event of the year, Family Fun Day brought together Wollaston families and friends for an afternoon filled with bubbles, foam, music, ice cream, and lots of smiles. It was a great way to spend time together and celebrate the connections that make our community so special.

A special thank you to Smiles by the Mile Ice Cream and Pick a Party Place for helping make the day so memorable and fun.

We would also like to thank Walter Hubley - Ward Three City Councilor for his support of Family Fun Day and the Wollaston community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the afternoon such a success.

Wishing all our families a wonderful end to the school year and a fun-filled summer! ☀️💚
