Did you know Illinois is home to around 370 dairy farms, producing nearly 1.7 billion pounds of milk each year? That hard work also supports almost 40,000 jobs through production and processing across the state.

Illinois Farm Bureau is partnering with COUNTRY to celebrate agriculture at the festival June 18–21 at the Interstate Center in Bloomington, IL. This year’s lineup features Zach Top, Treaty Oak Revival, Jesse Murph, The Red Clay Strays, and many more artists!

A big congratulations to Lance Venvertloh for being selected as a 2026 recipient of the Driving Agriculture Forward Scholarship! 🚛🌽

Funded by Illinois Farm Bureau and administered by the IAA Foundation, this program supports the next generation of skilled, safe truck drivers who play a vital role in moving agriculture forward.

⚾️ Adams County is Going to the Ballpark! ⚾️

The Adams County Farm Bureau Young Farmers Committee is excited to invite members to a fun summer evening at Busch Stadium to watch the St. Louis Cardinals take the field on Wednesday, June 24!

Participants will travel together by charter bus from Quincy, departing at 3:00 p.m. for the 6:45 p.m. game. Attendees will enjoy the game from one of Channel Seed’s suites, where food and drinks will be provided throughout the evening.

🎟 Cost: $60 per person
Your ticket includes:
- Charter bus transportation from Quincy to St. Louis
- Suite access at Busch Stadium
- All-you-can-eat food and drinks
- A great view of the Cardinals game

Who can attend:
✔️ Adams County Farm Bureau members in good standing
✔️ Must be MM members (annual dues $80)
✔️ Ages 21–35 by June 1

🚨 Only 43 seats are available and will be sold first-come, first-served. Your seat will not be reserved until payment is received.

Annabelle had the opportunity to attend the scholarship ceremonies at Unity High School and Quincy Notre Dame High School to recognize Gavin Flesner, Abigail Hildebrand, and Cole Wray for their outstanding achievements.

🌟 4-H Grant Spotlight 🌟

Georgia Zanger is a recipient of the Adams County Farm Bureau Foundation 4-H Grant! Georgia has been showing rabbits for two years and enjoys the responsibility that comes with caring for them. She will use her grant to purchase two rabbit hutches to help keep her rabbits safe and allow her to expand her project this year.

Great job, Georgia, and good luck with your rabbits this year! 👏🐇🌟
