She shows great dedication to the citizens of Quincy by providing great customer service at city hall for 15 years and record management for the Quincy Police Department for 6 years. She is virtuous woman of God , whose life has been a testimony of faith, love, and kindness. During Women’s History Month, the Quincy Police Department proudly recognizes Admetric “DeeDee” Jones Moore for her dedication, leadership, and lasting impact on the community.

Admetric “DeeDee” Jones Moore began her career with the Quincy Police Department in October 2001 as a Records Clerk. With over 25 years of dedicated service, she is currently the longest-tenured employee within the department. Her career reflects a consistent record of commitment, growth, and excellence.

Through hard work, consistency, and strong leadership, DeeDee was promoted to Records Supervisor. In this role, she oversaw daily records operations, ensured the accuracy and integrity of official reports, managed public records requests, supervised staff, and maintained compliance with state and departmental policies.

She currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police, where she provides high-level administrative leadership, coordinates departmental operations, and delivers executive support. In addition, she oversees the Records Division, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and continued excellence in service delivery.

Committed to professional and personal growth, DeeDee earned her Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Tallahassee Community College and later obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University.

In 2017, she expanded her service by transitioning into the role of Victim Advocate for the Quincy Police Department. In this capacity, she became widely recognized throughout the community for her compassion, advocacy, and unwavering support for individuals in need. She is also a certified Youth Life Coach and has mentored countless youth through Juvenile Prevention and Intervention Programs. DeeDee is especially passionate about guiding and uplifting young girls, providing encouragement, direction, and hope.

Today, she continues her impactful service as she works part time as the Civil Citation Coordinator, helping guide at-risk youth toward positive outcomes and second chances.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, DeeDee is a proud mother to her daughter, Bridgette, and a loving grandmother to her two beautiful grandchildren and bonus (“gift”) children.

Her journey reflects a powerful commitment to service, leadership, and community empowerment. The Quincy Police Department proudly recognizes Admetric “DeeDee” Jones Moore for her meaningful contributions during Women’s History Month.

Buckhalt serves as a Reserve Police Lieutenant with the Quincy Police Department and brings years of law enforcement experience, with a strong passion for working with youth and preventing juvenile delinquency. Known for her genuine love for helping children and families, she can often be found out in the community uplifting and encouraging young people to make positive choices. She currently serves as the School Safety Specialist for the Gadsden County School District, where she coordinates safety initiatives and helps ensure a safe learning environment for students and staff. French is a retired educator with 32 years of dedicated service in the field of education and a four-year resident of Quincy, Florida. She currently serves as the Property and Evidence Technician with the Quincy Police Department, where she helps maintain the integrity and accountability of departmental property and evidence. She is also a Lifetime Member of the Nu Omega Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Mrs. French is the wife of Robert E. French, the mother of two, stepmother of two, and proud grandmother of eight. Her life and work reflect a strong commitment to education, service, leadership, and faith.
