Thank you for all you do for our community!

EMS Week is an important reminder of the people who are there for our community on some of life’s hardest days.

Every day, the dedicated teams at Queensbury EMS and West Glens Falls Emergency Squad, Inc respond to emergencies, support families, and provide critical care when it matters most. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to serving others help make Queensbury a stronger and safer community.

With decades of first responder and public service experience, there is a deep appreciation for the responsibility, sacrifice, and dedication that come with answering the call.

This week, we proudly thank all EMS personnel for the work they do for Queensbury and the surrounding communities.

Happy National Police Week and thank you for all you do! 🇺🇸

During National Police Week, we recognize the men and women who put on the badge every day and make sacrifices to protect our families, neighborhoods, and community.

This morning, we sat down with Warren County Sheriff Jim LaFarr and Undersheriff Terry Comeau to discuss the continued work of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and the importance of keeping community safe.

Public safety is not a talking point — it is personal. After beginning a law enforcement career with the Town of Queensbury Police Department, service continued with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office when the Queensbury Police Department was abolished at the end of 1982. Those years of service created a deep respect for the responsibility carried by law enforcement officers and the impact strong leadership has on a community.

As Town Supervisor, there will always be support for law enforcement, strong cooperation with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, and a commitment to making sure Queensbury remains a safe place to live, work, and raise a family.

To all law enforcement officers and their families: thank you for your service and sacrifice.
