With more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through meaningful life transitions, Heather brings deep expertise and a warm, grounded presence to her work.

Guided by evidence-based practice and rooted in compassion, she creates a calm, collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their healing journey.

Heather is now scheduling appointments in our Lancaster and Quarryville offices, as well as through video therapy!
