Last week one of the faculty advisors with the SNCO Academy Quantico was able to support a joint training enevironment hosted by Marine Forces Reserve in Puerto Rico. Leveraging his expertise in the curriculum taught at the academy he was able to expose service members from multiple branches to classroom excercises that challenged their ability to critically think and work as a team. The impact of education that is provided by our faculty advisors extends beyond the academy walls to enable a more prepared and capable Fleet Marine Force.
