II MEF hosts town hall with Manpower and Reserve Affairs

Lt. Gen. William J. Bowers, deputy commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Lt. Gen. Robert C. Fulford, commanding general of II Marine Expeditionary Force, and Sgt. Maj. Reiff, sergeant major of Manpower and Reserve Affairs, engaged II MEF leaders during a town hall at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Sept. 10, 2026.

The engagement was held to provide Marine Corps command teams with an overview of M&RA’s current initiatives and priorities, including recruiting and retention, Marine Corps Total Fitness, and the way ahead, while fostering dialogue and shared understanding across the force.
