Last evening the Brethren of John A. LeJeune #350 gathered for our Stated Communication. During the meeting, we presented Brother Harvey Miller with the 2025 Perfect Ashlar Award for his dedicated service to our Lodge, our community, and to perfecting his own ashlar little by little every day. In addition, we now have a plaque that will hang in our Lodge that will commemorate our annual Perfect Ashlar Award winners for the next 24 years! What a great evening! Congratulations, Brother Harvey!

The Brethren of John A. LeJeune #350 are working on a long-term project to beautify the back yard of one of our widows. Today we finished up placing the first of many loads of dirt into a hole that used to be a partially inground pool. This is one of many projects we will be undertaking in the next few years at this house, but this is the Brethren of JAL #350 fulfilling one of our most solemn obligations: caring for our widows. Also my son (hopefully a future Mason) gave us a hand to have some fellowship with a few good men trying to be better men!

Last night the Brethren of John A. LeJeune #350 came together during our monthly Stated Communication to raise Brother Tai (front row, 3rd from left) to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason. Many thanks to the many Brethren from Dale City Lodge #390, our District Deputy Grand Master John Dorey, and WB Jim Scites from Mineral Lodge #311 for making this special night for Brother Tai even MORE special with your presence. What a great night to be a member of this beloved Fraternity!

Last evening, the Brethren of JAL #350 had the distinct pleasure of hosting the 178th Grand Master of Masons in Virginia, Most Worshipful Jack Kayle Lewis during our monthly Stated Communications meeting. Most Worshipful Lewis gave us a talk on the importance of Freemasons doing good things in our community and being more visible. Also, Mr. Robert "Tony" Perry of Marine Corps Systems Command, received congratulatory offerings for a forthcoming Masonic Community Builders Award. A great evening was had by all, and thanks to the Brethren from other lodges who came to visit and to help ensure the evening was a success!

Last night the brethren of JAL #350 gathered to initiate Brother Garcia-Pena into the mysteries of Freemasonry. It was a wonderful evening, and thanks to the cast, most of whom were filling roles that were not their usual positions in the lodge. It's an honor to be amongst Brothers who will step in wherever they're needed! It was a momentous night for our newest Brother!

Yesterday a small cadre of Brethren convened at JAL #350 to conduct our "almost" weekly Ritual School. We practiced conferring the Degree of Fellowcraft, as well as a few other things that are vital to our sacred craft.

We are at the Lodge on most Saturday mornings at 1000, and usually end by 1200. If you ever want to join us, let us know by sending us a note on our page. We'd love to see you all there. We can perfect our ashlars together!

Last night during our monthly Stated Communication meeting, our awesome Treasurer Borther Harvey Miller provided some of what we call "PME", or "Professional MASONIC Education". Those of you who have served in the military will understand the play on words at use here!
Brother Harvey enlightened us with an amazing briefing regarding many of the famous military leaders who have been members of our beloved Lodge over the past nearly 100 years.
