Weston McAllister was finally able to attend the Area Awards banquet to accept his plaque. This is his 3rd but y’all know how crazy school is this time of year! He will
compete at Area FFA on Friday in Soil Stewardship Speaking. Good luck Weston and thank you for always representing our SWCD. Thank you Sandy and Heath for attending and supporting!

Director Clint Kennedy and spouse Julie along with district employee Darla Luman and spouse James attended the 85th annual State Meeting of Texas State Soil & Water Conservation Districts. We had a great time and learned some valuable information to forward our conversation efforts.
