Lower Pease River Soil and Water Conservation District The Lower Pease River Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is one of 216 SWCD's in Texas, and is located in Hardeman County.

Lower Pease River SWCD works with all SWCDs to educate and "encourage the wise and productive use of natural resources". Lower Pease River SWCD works in conjunction with the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board.
