Putnam Public Library Teen Scene Come check out our Teen Section! The Putnam Public Library's Teen Scene was created in July 2010 when the Library Board voted to have a Teen Librarian.

Since then, we changed our look to make room for a brand new Teen "Space." In addtion, our collection of print & non-print items has expanded, we now offer monthly fun & exciting programs including Wii Wednesdays, a monthly Cupcake Club, etc. Come check us out!
