Throughout Jefferson County, the Area Agency on Aging operates 4 Older American Social Centers that are open 5 days a week, 1 satellite center that is open twice a month. The centers offer the senior citizens of Jefferson County a place to gather and enjoy themselves. Each of the centers offer lunch daily as well as a wide range of activities and events.

We are taking referrals for in-home personal care services and the Personal Emergency Response buttons (help button). We meet with you in your home for a full assessment. Call the Main Office today at 814-849-3096.

The Week of June 8 Farmer Market Vouchers will be distributed Tuesday the 9th from 9:30 to 11. They will not be distributed Wednesday June 10. The week of June 15 and on distribution will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please do not arrive before 9:30 or after 11. Thank you.

The Farmer's Inn day sponsored by the Clearfield Jefferson Drug and Alcohol Commission is fully booked as of June 3rd. Please check back for possible future events at the Farmer's Inn.

We will be open this week as a warming center 1/27-1/30 from 8am-1pm. Bring your own lunch Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Hot coffee and socializing available!

The senior center will be open today thru Friday. We are a warming center. Hot beverages will be available. With the exception of today there will be no lunch from Nutrition Group. Folks are welcome to bring their lunch. The hours are the same -8 to 1. Come in and warm up.
