🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 Remembering the Heroes of September 11th 💙🤍❤️🇺🇸
Today, our Eagles took time to remember the heroes of September 11, 2001 — those who made the ultimate sacrifice, those who bravely ran toward danger to save others, and the countless people who showed extraordinary courage during one of our nation’s hardest days.
❤️ Mrs. T’s class created a special American flag made from their handprints. 🇺🇸 Their flag will be sent to a student’s uncle, who proudly serves in the United States Air Force and is currently stationed overseas — a beautiful reminder that the spirit of service and sacrifice continues today.
💙 Mrs. Blondon’s class created heartfelt thank-you cards for our first responders, honoring the men and women who continue to answer the call to help and protect others.
⭐ Ms. Conde’s class learned about what it means to be a hero, reflecting on the courage, selflessness, and bravery shown by so many on 9/11.
🧩 Mrs. Seekings’ class worked together on a special Patriot Day jigsaw coloring activity, remembering the importance of unity and coming together as a nation.
Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, honor the heroes who gave everything to save others, and teach our students that courage, kindness, service, and unity are what make a hero.
🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
