We encourage you to share your support, connect with other supporters, and visit frequently for news and updates. While everyone is welcome and enco

uraged to comment, our first priority is to protect students, staff, and community members. Comments and/or posts that do not follow this Commenting Guideline may be removed. Please be courteous, productive, and exercise mutual respect for others’ opinions. Avoid comments that are profane, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable. Do not post the same comment multiple times, or otherwise distribute spam. Do not post or comment GIF's. We do not accept cyberbullying and/or posts or comments that are discriminatory, political, racist, sexist, abusive, profane, violent, obscene, spam, contain falsehoods or are wildly off-topic, or that libel, incite, or threaten attacks on students, staff, guests or other individuals. We also do not permit messages selling products or promoting commercial or other ventures. You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username, and any information provided. Message from the Pullman School District Board of Directors:

The recent Board decision to not extend the superintendent’s three-year contract reflects the range of opinions in our community and a shared interest in strengthening the district, particularly in communication and collaboration. The Board is committed to working constructively with Dr. Maxwell to advance these priorities and support the leadership of Pullman Public Schools. We have initiated a goal-setting process with support from a respected education leadership consultant. The Board is committed to keeping the community informed about Board deliberations, supporting staff and operations, and remaining focused on student success as the top priority for the district.

Exciting News for Pullman High School! 🐾
Aubrey Anderson, who currently serves as a Career and Technical Education Teacher and Dean of Students at Lincoln Middle School, was selected through an interview process to be recommended for hire as the Pullman High School Assistant Principal beginning on July 1, 2026.

The recommendation to appoint Ms. Anderson to the position of Pullman High School Assistant Principal will be presented to the Board of Directors during the regular board meeting scheduled for April 15, 2026. We thank Ms. Anderson for her service to Lincoln Middle School and look forward to her continued contributions in this new position, pending board approval.

🤝Pullman School District has finalized the sale of the Pullman Aquatic & Fitness Center to Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), ensuring the facility remains open and accessible to the community as it enters its 25th year.

SEL will rename the facility the Schweitzer Wellbeing Center and plans upgrades, expanded hours, and continued affordable access.
