Our 4th graders took a step back in time this week! πŸ•°οΈ After reading "Farmer Boy" and exploring 19th-century farm life, they spent the day at the Stone Mills Agricultural Center experiencing history firsthand. 🌾

From writing with quills in a one-room schoolhouse to pumping water, scrubbing laundry the old-fashioned way, and learning how wool becomes clothing, our students fully immersed themselves in life as an 1800s farmer. πŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎπŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎ They even explored quilting and tried their hand at bread-making! πŸ₯–πŸž

We’re so proud of our 4th graders for diving headfirst into this unforgettable, hands-on learning experience! βοΈπŸ‘

PACS High School Art Club had an unforgettable day at The Wild Center in Tupper Lake! 🎨🌿

Students dove into animal talks, explored the museum, and even created their own jewelry from recycled materials. The highlight of the trip was experiencing the incredible "Trolls: Save the Humans" exhibit by artist Thomas Dambo, an interactive installation that brings powerful messages about recycling, sustainability, and protecting our natural world to life. 🌎

From hands-on creativity to an afternoon spent exploring the woods, students discovered how art can inspire advocacy, and had a whole lot of fun along the way! βοΈπŸ™Œ
