The Pulaski County Public Service Authority (PCPSA) is working to repair a water main break in the construction area of Lee Highway in Fairlawn near Cookout restaurant. Water will be shutdown in that area including the Shopping Plaza and Cherry Court. This does not affect Pyramid Healthcare or Commonwealth Assisted Living. Estimated restoration time is 7 hours (2:30 a.m.).

PCPSA water customers in this area may experience low water pressure and/or discolored water. If you do experience discolored water, you should identify the cold-water faucet closest to the incoming water serving your home/business and run cold water until clear. It is important to use cold water to avoid sediments entering your hot water heater. We apologize for this inconvenience and will work to restore service as soon as possible. Pulaski County Offices and the Pulaski County Public Service Authority Billing Office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.

The Bagging Plant Road, Dublin and Mason Street, Fairlawn Convenience Centers will be open and garbage collection will remain on regular schedule.

4pm Update: Crews are finishing the repair. The estimated repair completion time is 2 hours. At that point they will begin flushing the lines in the Newbern Rd/Newbern Heights area.

The Pulaski County Public Service Authority (PCPSA) is working to repair a water main break near the intersection of Cougar Trail Rd. and Newbern Rd. Water will be shut off for customers in the Newbern Rd and Newbern Heights area until repairs are made. The estimated repair time is 5 hours (2pm).
