We were made aware of a text message sent to a customer asking them to click a link to pay their bill. We will NEVER text anyone asking them to pay their bill via text message. If you receive a text asking for payment, please report and delete this message without clicking the link.

***6:00 PM update***

Leak has been repaired. We are slowly turning valves back on. Some customers may have air in their lines but we are flushing in the area to hopefully keep it to a bare minimum. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

***Leak repair***

We are in the process of repairing a leak on Diana Rd. Everyone between 5025 Diana Rd and 522 Tight Bark Hollow Rd will be without water while we make this repair. At this time we are unsure how long this might take but will update here as soon as we know. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Some of our customers may experience low or no pressure until the city has their leak repaired.

Leak Repair:

We will begin a repair on Big Spring Hollow Rd within the hour. Some customers on Big Spring Hollow and Powell Chapel will be without water but all customers on Carter Rd and Sands Rd will be without water while they repair the leak. At this time we do not know how long the repair will take. Please give the office a call at 931-424-6625 if you have any questions and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

9/24/25 update.
The city is beginning their repair and hopefully our customers will not be affected but some may see low pressure or no pressure. Areas most likely to be affected are still 1305 Columbia Hwy to Industrial Park Rd. Rambling Ridge area and Bailey Lane may also be affected.

Update. Due to the rain today, the city will make the repair tomorrow 9/24 approximately 8:30.

Good afternoon customers! We have been notified that the city will be working on an issue on their side in the morning at approximately 8:30 AM. During this time, our customers between 1305 Columbia Hwy to Industrial Park Rd may be affected. They are unsure how long this will take them to repair. Our bills normally mail out the last day of the month. There has been a delay due to the mass meter swap throughout the district. If you haven't received your bill by 9/10/25 please call our office 931-424-6625 for the amount due. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Fiber optic crew has hit our main line in the Beech Hill Rd area. Our guys are onsite and working to repair the line. We are unsure how long the repair will take at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Information for customers:

We are in the process of installing drive by meters. We have started the installation on Columbia Hwy. There will be 2 to 3 men in marked white trucks with American Utility Contractors on the door. This will be a 3 to 4 month process to complete the district. If you have any questions, call our office. 931-424-6625.

1:50 PM Update:
Leak has been repaired and water is back on. You may experience some air in the lines. If so, please call our office and let us know. 931-424-6625.

**LEAK REPAIR**

We will be working on a main line leak this morning. All customers on Ragsdale Ln, North Ridge Dr, and East Ridge Dr, may have low pressure or will be without water while we repair the leak. At this time, we are unsure how long this will take, we will get it repaired ASAP. We apologize for the inconvenience.
