Campbellsville Community Library

Campbellsville Community Library It was Miss Hannah who originally turned this building into the little white library we know and love.

Campbellsville Community Library is a small private library which is staffed totally by volunteers and our book/DVD collection is a result of generous community donations. Our building and property are owned by the neighboring Methodist church and through the years this building has been a radio station, a hair salon and a meeting place for the Campbellsville Home Demonstration club. In 2010 our

building suffered substantial water damage during the big flood and required extensive renovations. In May 2013 we celebrated our grand reopening complete with new books, internet connection.

Had a great time at the library this week. The chidlren are so creative with their lego building. It was nice to meet new friends visiting the library for the first time, too! We ended our summer reading program and awards for a drink and dessert at the Campbellsville Cafe were awarded to super readers, Andrew Webster and Mitchell Stowe. Congratulations, boys!
