Attention Swine Exhibitors!!!! Do to the anticipated extreme heat next Thursday, swine will be allowed to come in from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm. However, we must have a copy of your pseudo rabies papers and your animal must have an 840 tag and have already been nominated before it can be unloaded.

Reminder tomorrow is the work day at the fairgrounds from 8-12. All help would be greatly appreciated.

Heads up. Our work day at the fairgrounds will be August 22 for 8-12. Any help in getting the facilities in tip top shape for the fair would be greatly appreciated.

Reminder poultry exhibitors that Saturday from 8-12 we be testing poultry for the fair. Broilers and anyone that is NPIP certified do not need to attend. Poultry entries are due on August 1.

REMINDER Broiler entries are do. Log into Mayescountyfair.com and fill out the broiler nomination form. Chicks will be hatched on July 21 and you will receive them by July 23. Cost of chicks is $62.00 and a donor has paid for the shipping. Good luck and we can’t wait to see you at the 2026 Mayes County Fair.
