Not only do you have the opportunity to check your blood pressure this month but you can check your cholesterol too! Join us on Tuesday, June 9th anytime from 10-12 for blood pressure checks. As a friendly reminder, this is free and open to residents of all ages and Town Employees. Then make an appointment for Monday, June 15th for your cholesterol screening.

This month, Alzheimer's Family Support Center announced that in partnership with Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, AFSC is now our local GUIDE provider! GUIDE is a Medicare program providing compassionate, person-centered support for people living with cognitive loss and their caregivers that promotes quality of life and reduces stress through an ongoing relationship with a care navigator from the AFSC. Coordinated dementia support services include $2563 per year to help defray the cost of respite services. Fore more information you can call either agency. Support is just a call away!
