NO RAILSTV SCHOOL BOARD BROADCAST TONIGHT

Due to the PHS Choir concert broadcast happening at the same time as the school board meeting and with many RailsTV students participating in the Choir concert tonight, RailsTV will not be broadcasting the regular school board meeting for Proctor Public Schools also scheduled for this evening. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you wish to attend the meeting in person, it will be held at 7pm in the high school library on the second floor at 131 9th Ave, Proctor, MN 55810.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our Community Engagement Meeting at the
Blackwoods Event Center! We truly appreciate the time, ideas, questions, and thoughtful
conversations shared as we discussed the district’s strategic plan and the start of our facilities
planning process. Your feedback and perspectives are an important part of shaping the future
of our schools and community, and we are grateful for your support and engagement! This is
just the beginning of our planning, and we will continue to include you in every step.

Our Community Engagement Meeting is just two days away, Thursday, May 7th from
6–8 PM at the Blackwoods Event Center.
Join us for a meal, important updates, and a chance to share your input as we plan for

The Proctor Middle School and High School cordially invite you to attend the Annual Art Show, opening TONIGHT, May 4 at 6:00 PM. Ms. Yff and Mrs. Swanson have been collecting exemplary student work throughout the year and they are excited to celebrate the hard work and incredible artistic talent of many of our students.

The exhibition will be on display in the library during school hours and open to the public on the following dates:

May 4 from 6:00–7:00 PM (prior to the PHS Fine Arts Awards)
May 6 from 5:00–8:00 PM (during the Middle School Showcase)

Additionally, select high school students will be honored during the Fine Arts Awards TONIGHT, May 4th starting at 7pm. Those students have been notified, but anyone is welcome to come and cheer them on!

Thank you to our students for allowing us to share your work, we are excited to celebrate you.
