What an amazing look into our department’s past. These firefighters helped shape the values, traditions, and pride we still carry today.

We are especially proud to share that two members from this 1974 photo still serve our community today — Russ Hyde and Rich Knapp. Their decades of dedication and commitment are a true testament to the spirit of volunteer service.

We stand on the shoulders of those who served before us—and we’re grateful for their unwavering dedication to protecting our town.

Thank you to the Princeville Heritage Museum for preserving and sharing this history.
