Celebrate the sounds of Jamaica with a special outdoor jazz concert on Hinds Plaza this Sunday, May 31, from 3–4:30 p.m.

The Marel Hidalgo Quintet, featuring teenage guitar and banjo virtuoso Marel Hidalgo, performs a tribute to legendary Jamaican guitarist and composer Ernest Ranglin with a lively blend of calypso, mento, ska, reggae, jazz and more.

Presented in partnership with McCarter Theatre Center in advance of its annual Jazz in June series.

In the event of inclement weather, the performance will move indoors to the library’s Community Room.

Presented in partnership with the Princeton Environmental Film Festival (PEFF), this exhibition offers one more way to engage with the ideas that shape our planet and our future.
