The Isaiah 1:17 Project Every child & family impacted by foster care matters. We meet physical, spiritual, & emotional needs You can make a difference,
one child at a time!
(1)

Children often enter foster care at a
moment's notice with little or no
possessions of their own. We want to rally
around them to show them, "We see you, we
love you, and you are valued!" Our Bags of
Hope are a tangible act of kindness and love
to help caseworkers, teachers and
counselors, emergency personal, and foster
families ease a bit of trauma for children on
one of the most traumat

ic days of their
lives. Our Bags are filled with age appropriate hygiene kits, pajamas, socks, underwear, books to read and color, stuffed animals, snacks (formula where needed), water, Arby's meal tickets and more! Help us give a bag for today, and hope for tomorrow! Take up the cause of the fatherless by helping a child today!

45% of children impacted by kinship and foster care live in non-relative homes.

For many children, that means adjusting to unfamiliar people, routines, and environments during one of the most difficult seasons of their lives. Having the right support during those transitions can make a lasting difference. Through the F3 Program, we help children impacted by kinship and foster care feel seen, supported, and cared for by equipping the families welcoming them in with practical resources from the very beginning.

What if a night of bingo could help provide comfort to a child entering foster care, support a family navigating kinship care, or give a child the opportunity to build and ride their very own bicycle?

That’s the impact your ticket to Dream Big Summer Bingo Bash can help make.

By joining us for bingo, you are helping support our programs like Dream Boxes, Bags of Hope, and Dream Cycles—practical, meaningful resources created to serve children and families impacted by kinship and foster care right here in our community.

And while the mission behind the night is powerful, the event itself is going to be a lot of fun too.

Thanks to a generous donor, this year’s bingo now features 20 games and a $7,000 total payout.

Here’s what to expect:
• 14 games at $250
• 4 games at $125
• 2 DAB games at $1,000
• 20 door prizes
• Free Arby’s sliders

We know school is out, but now is the perfect time to start thinking ahead.

The Isaiah 1:17 Project is offering work-based learning opportunities for students who want to learn, grow, serve, and make a difference.

Students will have the opportunity to gain real-world nonprofit experience through event planning, community outreach, volunteer coordination, leadership development, and hands-on service.

This is more than a learning opportunity. It is a chance to be part of something meaningful while supporting children and families involved in foster care.

Work-based learning students are invited to serve, learn, and lead with us.

Interested students can scan the QR code on the flyer to sign up.

We love it when people want to see the mission up close.

We offer site tours for individuals, churches, schools, and community groups who want to learn more about what we do, how we serve children impacted by kinship and foster care, and the ways families in our community are supported through our programs.

Tours are a great way to ask questions, see the heart behind the work, and understand how groups can make a real difference for children and families.

If you’re interested in scheduling a site tour, call 812-386-0117 to schedule a tour.

As we come to the end of Foster Care Awareness Month, we want to take a moment to reflect on our final Wear Blue Wednesday.

It has been an amazing month seeing so many individuals, businesses, and community members wear blue in support of children and families impacted by foster care. Each Wednesday served as a simple but powerful reminder that awareness brings people together and helps shine a light on the needs right here in our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated this month. We can’t wait to see our community come together again next year for Wear Blue Wednesday and continue standing in support of children and families impacted by kinship and foster care.

This week, we’re collecting pajamas for children and teens. A fresh pair of pajamas is one of the most meaningful items we can offer a child entering kinship or foster care. It’s something soft, comforting, and truly their own at a time when so much feels unfamiliar. Pajamas help kids settle in for the night with a little more warmth and security, and they remind them that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

Want to help? Pajamas can be dropped off at our Princeton office at 117 N. Hart Street, or ordered through our Amazon wishlist here: https://a.co/0Bkgdmj. Your support helps us provide comfort and dignity to children during some of their hardest moments.

In honor of Memorial Day, our office will be closed today as we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Today, we reflect with gratitude on the sacrifice of those who fought for the freedoms we enjoy each day. We are thankful for their courage, service, and sacrifice.

From all of us at The Isaiah 1:17 Project, we thank those who served and honor their memory today. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

St. Joseph Catholic School made an extraordinary impact during the 2026 Pajama Walk, raising $3,820 to support children and families navigating kinship and foster care. What a powerful example of what can happen when a school community comes together with purpose.

We are so grateful for schools like St. Joe that prioritize compassion, generosity, and service. Your efforts help us continue providing meaningful, practical support to the families who rely on us. Thank you for walking, giving, and caring so deeply.
