Earlier this year, our New York volunteers came together—in a virtual volunteer appreciation gathering—to reflect, connect, and recommit to this work supporting the education and career goals of incarcerated and system-impacted learners. 💚

In the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., you continue to show up with purpose: building relationships, expanding access to education, and advancing educational justice inside and beyond prison walls.

We’re so grateful for your time and commitment to this organization and to others.

To our Pittsburgh PGP volunteers—this week is for you 💚

You walk into spaces that demand courage and show up with patience, humility, and care. You sit beside students and invest in their goals, their growth, their futures.

That kind of commitment changes lives—and it strengthens this entire movement for educational justice.

Thank you for being the heart of the Petey Greene Program.
