Saturday night our members joined Somervilles annual holiday lights parade! As always, it was a great time to spread some holiday cheer!

We won first place for best appearing rescue, third year in a row!!

We couldn’t have done it without our members who worked hard on putting the lights on both trucks!

We will be back next year, so be on the look out for us!

On Sunday, November 9th, around 3am we were dispatched along with Griggstown Fire Company - Station 35, and Rocky Hill Fire Department to an address on route 27 for a car vs tree. Tanker 41 and rescue 41 arrived on scene and immediately worked to put the fire out, while Rock Hill and Griggstown stretched another line from tanker 41, to use foam that helped put out the gasoline fire from under the car.

After clearing the call, the members from Little Rocky Hill, Rocky Hill and Griggstown were part of a joint man vs machine class, taught by RPI.

RPI put on an impressive class that went over impalements, entanglements, and different techniques on how to rescue patients in those scenarios. This helps us continue and keep up with current techniques to help the community.

We appreciate RPI and all Firehouses that joined us in a day of learning.

Thank you to everyone who donated their broken snowblowers!
