Thank you to Commissioner Jeff Clark and his team for working with Priceville Council and making this project happen. Big shout out to Patrick Dean for all the hard work he does on the roads for Priceville.

[UPDATE From ALDOT] The information below was prematurely sent by a contractor on the project. ALDOT has informed us "We’re still in the process of negotiating for the repair. While we hope to reach an agreement, it is unlikely they will be able to start this work as soon as June 6."
ALDOT will provide additional details once an agreement has been reached.

Starting June 6th, 2025 Upper River Road will be closed between Marco Drive and Deere Road for bridge/ overpass repairs. The overpass on Upper River Road over I-65 will be repaired and raised. This project could take quite some time to complete. Traffic will be rerouted along Bethel Road to Hwy 67. The goal is to have the job completed prior to school starting back in August.
