The Judge, Clerk and Enforcing officer are fictitious. There can never be vehicle confiscation, civil liability, wage garnishment or asset seizure for missing a legitimate court appearance on a traffic offense.
Legal actions are not conducted without notice and there is no such thing as an online portal service.

The link is fictitious and neither a legitimate court nor the Department of Transportation would ever text you.

This is Kayla Reffett. Her family says she was last seen two weeks ago near the Allen/Prestonsburg communities of Floyd County. They have not heard from her since the early morning hours of March 30.

I spoke to Reffett’s daughter and boyfriend today and they say they just want her to come back home. I’ll have the full story, and more details, coming up at 6 p.m. on WYMT.
