The mission of Fillmore Soil and Water Conservation District is to promote natural resource stewards Control Soil Erosion and sustain soil productivity

The four main goals of the Fillmore Soil and Water Conservation District are:
1. Maintain and improve surface and groundwater quality
3. Promote land stewardship to preserve and improve natural areas
4. Maintain the efficient use of district resources and staff
