This will enhance the quality of life for all that work, live and visit Southeastern Connecticut. It will promote and support regional growth for the present and future transportation needs. It must meet the needs generated by future regional growth in Southeastern Connecticut.

Due to a block party on Central Ave, Route 4 will take 6th St to North Main and 8th St back to Central outbound and 8th St to North Main back on 6th St to Central inbound for the whole day.

We will no longer be serving the Crystal Mall until further notice. We will not be able to access Home Depot or Target.
Rt. 14 and 15 will go to Waterford Commons and Rt. 12 will take Dayton Road to turn around to continue on route.
