September is National Preparedness Month! We're welcoming Aroostook County Emergency Management to come educate families how to prepare a go-bag and be ready in cases of a nearby emergency. Meet one of your local EMA representatives, and take home items to help keep you prepared and handouts to help keep you and your family safe!

NEXT WEEK. On Saturday, September 19th, celebrate by using your library card to access many of Maine's state parks free of charge! Show your Maine library card at the entrance to any participating Maine state park and enjoy a day of hiking, picnicking or reading in Maine's beautiful state parks.

💚Did you know our own Aroostook State Park was the first in the state of Maine? Established in 1938 by a 100 acre donation from the City of Presque Isle, it now spans over 800 acres of beautiful land for the public to enjoy.

🌲If you don't have a library card, stop by your local library to get your library card, and open the door to books, audiobooks and DVDs, programs and events, digital resources and more.
