Public Notice:
The City of Prescott is seeking residents to fill a vacant city planning commission seat. Planning Commission meetings are the 1st Monday of each month; length of meetings vary from 1 – 2 hours, and begin at 6pm, so your availability is important.
If you are interested in being on the planning commission, please submit a letter of interest to the City of Prescott, either at City Hall, via our P.O. Box #27, or email us at: [email protected]
Interested parties must be at least 18 years of age, a registered voter of the city, have resided in the city for at least one year, a citizen of the United States, have never been charged with a felony. The review of candidates will be on July 13; letters of interest will be accepted up to and during the city council meeting at 6:30 pm on that date.

The city has engaged L-C Applicators to provide some w**d abatement in the ally's and access ways, we don't have the exact dates yet but will keep you updated. Please try to spread the word and prevent slowed work by blocking the ally's or planter strips along the street.

Want to give a big shout out to our community. Over 150 dog licenses have been issued since last Monday. Owners are being responsible, I have not seen and have not been called with dog nuisance complaints. I appreciate you and your cooperation. Kuddos!

Please put all batteries on pallet beside trailer and make sure all refrigerators and freezers are free from food and materials. Only metal related items will be accepted.
