Prescott Valley Public Library presents Google Docs & Sheets: A Google Apps Computer Class, beginning Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 10AM-NOON Learn how to create, edit, and format documents in Google Docs, and discover how Google Sheets can help you track data, manage budgets, or organize projects. This hands-on class will also introduce you to Google Drive for file storage and sharing, plus other useful tools. Whether you’re looking to organize files or create and edit documents. This class will give you the skills to work efficiently and confidently. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to enhance their digital knowledge, this session will provide practical tips to boost productivity with Google’s free and powerful tools.

Registration is for a 4-week class series.
Attendance is required for the first class. If you miss the first class, you will be removed from the class but are welcome to register for the next class series.

Join us for a practical gardening class focused on caring for your growing garden and keeping it healthy all season long. Learn smart strategies for managing weeds, using Integrated Pest Management, and identifying common garden pests before they become a problem. Whether you’re tending a small backyard plot or a larger space, you’ll leave with helpful tips to support strong, thriving plants.

Teen Summer Reading starts tomorrow! Register for the Teen 2026 Summer Reading Program, “Unearth a Story,” running May 27 through July 31. Teens ages 12–18 can enjoy exciting programs, activities, prizes, and reading challenges all summer long. You can pick up your summer reading bags in the Teen or Youth Department starting on May 27. You can register ahead of time by visiting our Beanstack website: https://pvaz.beanstack.com/. Teens earn prizes based on minutes read. Teens can also play the Bingo Genre card for extra prizes!

Join us Wednesday, June 3rd from 10:30am-noon on the Theater on the Green as we welcome large, interactive dinosaurs for a ROAR-some time right outside the library!

Patrons will have the chance to see, learn about, and interact with these lifelike dinosaurs while discovering fascinating facts about how these ancient creatures lived, moved, and survived.Explorers can also dig into hands-on archaeology activities, uncover “fossils” at excavation stations, and learn how paleontologists piece together clues from the past. Get ready for a ROAR-some time! Registration is not required.
