🌦️ WEATHER UPDATE – CITY OF PREMONT 🌦️

The City of Premont has been in communication with Jim Wells County Emergency Management Team, Mr. Lance Brown and County Judge Pete Treviño, who have been in contact with the National Weather Service regarding current weather conditions.

At this time, tropical-like weather activity has been reported in the Region, and the National Weather Service is monitoring downspouts in the Bishop area. The rain associated with this activity has dissipated and has not reached the ground in our area.

Currently, there are no expectations of hail or strong winds impacting Premont.

We encourage residents to continue monitoring the City of Premont’s official social media pages for updates and weather-related information.
