🏠 Town of Preble Housing Rehabilitation Program Now Accepting Applications!🏠

The Town of Preble has received New York State funding to help eligible homeowners make needed repairs to their homes. Assistance may be available for projects such as roofing, heating, plumbing, electrical work, insulation, windows, doors, and more.

Qualified low-to-moderate income homeowners may be eligible for grant assistance with no repayment required as long as the home remains their primary residence for the required period.

See the flyer below for income guidelines, program details, and contact information to request an application. This is a great opportunity to improve your home and address important repair needs. 🏡🔨

☀️What a wonderful day in Preble!☀️

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to our Summer Kick-Off Party and helped make it such a success. It was great to see neighbors, friends, and families enjoying an afternoon together at the park.

A special thank you to Tom Gath for providing the music and creating such a fun atmosphere, and to all of the volunteers including Dave Morse, Jenn George, BettyAnn Pitman, Donna Wheelock, Diane Bickerton, and Chris Vieni Meghan Morgan and her crew helped with setup, serving ice cream, games, and cleanup. Events like this are only possible because of people who are willing to lend a hand and support our community.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who attended. Seeing the park filled with laughter, conversation, and community spirit is exactly what makes Preble such a special place to call home.

We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we look forward to seeing you at future town events!❤️
