🚨𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞: 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐞𝐬 🚨

Business Personal Property taxes were due December 31. If you have not yet paid, the final day to submit payment and avoid enforced collection action is 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Failure to pay by this deadline will result in collections as required by Alabama law. This may include:
• A lien being placed against the business
• Seizure and sale of business assets to satisfy the tax delinquency

❗𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭: Business personal property sold for delinquent taxes in Alabama 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝.

We are so proud of our own Maggie Kervin. She started the Alabama Chlidrens Theater. Please go and support her and her young actors in the production of Annie Jr!

You never know who you'll meet out along County Road 12. This week we'll meet a 19-year-old girl from Prattville who recently started at the Alabama Children's Theatre. Now she and her young actors are getting ready for the production of Annie Jr.

This Friday is the final day to pay property taxes before our tax lien auction scheduled for Tuesday, April 14. At this time, there are still over 400 properties listed as delinquent.

We encourage you to review the delinquent tax list linked below. If you recognize a property or know someone who may be affected, please consider reaching out to them. A simple reminder could make a meaningful difference.

Our goal is to help property owners avoid the tax lien auction whenever possible, and community awareness plays an important role in that effort.

We wish we could say your unpaid 2025 property taxes will magically disappear today… but unfortunately, that’s the only prank here.

If you have not paid your 2025 property taxes, you have until NEXT FRIDAY, April 10th to get them paid before they are auctioned off in our tax lien auction on April 14, 2026.

Please go to https://autauga.capturecama.com/DelqSearch and search the delinquent list to make sure your taxes have been paid. You can download a list of delinquent parcels and see a list of each parcel. April 10th is the last day the taxes can be paid before the tax lien auction.
