April is Occupational Therapy Month, and we’re proud to recognize our amazing Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) at SCKSEC!

Our OT team helps students build the skills they need for everyday success, whether it’s fine motor development, sensory regulation, independence in the classroom, or confidence in daily tasks. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but the impact is seen in every small victory and big milestone our students achieve.

Our OTs and OTAs bring creativity, patience, and problem-solving to every interaction, meeting students where they are and helping them grow in meaningful ways.

Thank you to our SCKSEC OT team for the care, expertise, and dedication you bring to students and staff each day. We are so grateful for all that you do!

Today we celebrate our incredible paraprofessionals at SCKSEC on Paraprofessional Appreciation Day!

Our paras support students across 15 districts, showing up every day with patience, compassion, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help students succeed. From one-on-one support to classroom assistance and everything in between, their impact reaches far beyond what can ever be captured in a job description.

The work isn’t always easy, but it is always important, and our paras handle it with dedication, heart, and professionalism.

To all of our SCKSEC paraprofessionals: thank you for the difference you make in the lives of students, families, and staff each and every day. We appreciate you more than you know!

Infinitec offers a Behavior Tech Badging Program, and several of our staff members are already participating in this incredible training opportunity!

This 25-hour professional learning program is designed to build foundational ABA knowledge and practical skills. This course includes 50 interactive modules featuring real-world examples, embedded practice, and practical tools for use in schools and social service settings.
