B. PUBLIC WORKS
1. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: St. Feriole Island Agate Hunting area. This was approved by the Park Board on April 15th.
2. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: Crosswalk at Washington Street and Marquette Road.
3. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: Proposed Rock Outside of the Memorial Gardens.
4. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: 100 bock and 200 block of South Wacouta Avenue changed from one way to two-way traffic.
11. NEW BUSINESS (Including items for future agenda consideration or Committee assignment).
A. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: Request from Parks and Recreation Director Mike Wallace and Fort Fun Committee for a bid waiver under Chapter 3.08 (5)(c) Municipal Code for the purchase and installation of the new equipment at Fort Fun.
B. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: Water Department’s 2025 Consumer Confidence Report and publishing the report on the City website at www.cityofpdc.com linked to Water Department.
C. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: Resolution 2026-15, Adopting the 2025 Wastewater Treatment Facility Compliance Maintenance Report. The report can be found on the City website at www.cityofpdc.com linked to Wastewater Department.
