Happy Birthday to our Fire Chief!

Today we celebrate not only a great leader, but also a mentor, supporter, and friend to so many within our department and community. Your dedication, leadership, and commitment to the fire service inspire us every day, and we are grateful for the guidance and encouragement you provide to our team.

Thank you for your continued service, sacrifice, and the example you set both on and off the job. We hope your day is filled with well-deserved celebration, laughter, and time with those who matter most.

Please join us in wishing Chief a very Happy Birthday!

Earlier this month, our firefighters participated in live burn training at the Harris County ESD 48 Fire Department Training Facility. Trainings like this provide realistic, hands-on experience in a controlled environment where crews can practice critical firefighting skills under live fire conditions.

Live burn training helps firefighters sharpen techniques such as fire attack, search and rescue, ventilation, hose deployment, communication, and teamwork β€” all while operating in high-heat, low-visibility conditions that closely simulate real emergencies. These exercises are essential for maintaining readiness and ensuring our crews are prepared to respond safely and effectively when our community needs us most.

We appreciate the opportunity to train alongside other departments and continue building the skills that protect lives and property every day. Great work to all! πŸ’ͺπŸ§‘β€πŸš’πŸ”₯
