Inclusive affordable housing will be coming soon to Portage—Rivers Crossing Apartments. HHP will have an office on site and will be dedicated to creating a welcoming community atmosphere. There will be 1, 2, and 3 BR units-some with special design features focused on accessibility and safety. WHEDA announces $36.6 million in awards for multifamily housing tax credit developments. In total, 27 developments in 13 counties will provide 1,731 new affordable housing units in 23 rural, small urban, and urban communities struggling to provide housing for working families.
